Arkon is an AI-based hotel service platform for hotels. It provides Guest Agent (a QR-based web application in rooms) and Staff Agents (web and mobile applications), connected through an AI orchestration layer. Guest requests are translated, routed, and assigned to staff members with the least workload. If a task is not completed within 15 minutes, the duty manager receives a notification, and guests see real-time status updates through the Guest Experience Dashboard. Arkon operates on a plug-and-play basis or integrates with PMS systems. Goals: eliminate language barriers, optimize operations, and increase NPS and occupancy by enhancing the guest experience.
